Liv Women's Social Enduro at Slade Valley – A Weekend of Mountain Biking, Fun & Friendship


If you're looking to build your mountain biking skills, meet like-minded riders, and enjoy an unforgettable weekend on some of Ireland's best trails, then the Liv Women's Social Enduro is the perfect event.

Taking place in Slade Valley on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July, this welcoming event is designed for women of all abilities who want to experience the excitement of enduro riding in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

Whether you're riding an e-bike or a traditional mountain bike, aged under 40 or over 40, everyone is welcome to join the fun.

What to Expect

The weekend kicks off on Friday 17th July with practice laps, giving riders the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the stages, improve confidence, and enjoy the fantastic trails at Slade Valley.

On Saturday 18th July, riders will tackle the timed enduro stages, combining technical riding, flowing descents, and plenty of smiles along the way.

This isn't just about racing—it's about encouraging more women to experience mountain biking, build confidence, and enjoy a brilliant social weekend together.
